Unified Sports

Trabuco Mesa is proud to be a Unified Sports participant. The PTA helps support Unified Sports activities and Unified Gardening on campus.

Learn more about Unified Sports HERE

UNIFIED SPORTS is a Special Olympics-supported program that offers students with and without intellectual disabilities opportunities to practice and compete together on sports teams. Within SVUSD, schools have engaged in friendly competitions across various sports, including Unified Basketball, Unified Bocce, Unified Soccer, and Unified Flag Football. Additionally, the district has embraced district wide Unified School Games and Unified Arts Day.

Our students who participate in Unified Sports have been invited to compete in the annual SVUSD Unified Champions Games at Trabuco Hills High School this spring. Please cheer our Bulldogs on!

Best Buddies Friendship Program

This global nonprofit fosters friendships between general and special education students, creating a more inclusive school community. Each month, students will have the opportunity to join fun activities, games, and leadership opportunities—all free and held during school hours. While friendships may extend beyond school, outside meetups are encouraged but not required.
